In December 2021, Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex Group”) announced the acquisition of MMC Group. They have now received approval from all relevant regulators and the deal subsequently reached final closure on, 29 April 2022.

Not unexpectedly, the Government has defined financial services such as Totara Wealth an essential service. And – the team is prepared to continue operations as usual, just from 5 locales! Last week we tested our systems, checked with providers and are confident that there will be no interruption of our services.

We are pleased to share that earlier this week ASB Bank completed the sale of its custodial and administration service – known as Aegis – to MMC Ltd. From our clients’ perspectives, it is business as usual at Aegis. There will not be any obvious change in the Aegis portal or its reports, and clients will continue to receive the best service possible from the Aegis team.
